Over the past year, the Commission has advanced key priorities to strengthen the sector, support producers, and ensure long-term sustainability across the hatching egg industry. The attached draft documents reflect this work and outline both strategic direction and operational focus. The following documents are provided for your review: Executive Summary Regulatory Enhancements – Quota Policy Review (SP 1.2) Regulatory Enhancements – New Producer Program (SP 1.3) Regional Diversification (SP 3) As we move toward implementation, the Commission welcomes stakeholder input to ensure these initiatives are practical, informed, and aligned with industry needs. Please submit any comments or feedback by January 31, 2026.
